On location with the Lumix G 35-100mm.

This lens has a nice range, and with a constant f/2.8 aperture for shallow depth of field.

This lens is great for video, stills and PORTRAITS.

At 100mm (200mm) this lens has nice compression for portrait photography.

The AD200 strobe from Godox is compact, and perfect for location shoots.

Using a Godox trigger for Panasonic, the AD200 allows for High Speed Sync.

HSS is useful for bright conditions, while keeping the aperture open for nice blurry backgrounds.

Overall, the Lumix G X Vario 35-100mm is a great lens for different situations but it also shines as a 100mm (200mm) portrait lens. The images are sharp, the lens is very compact, the zoom ring is smooth, there's OIS, and CONSTANT f/2.8.
